This Privacy Policy describes how Cobian Windows and Doors, operating the COBIAN Windows & Doors brand (“Cobian,” “we”), handles personal information collected through www.cobianwd.com, forms, quotation tools, customer communications and related services. It does not automatically apply to unrelated third-party websites.
Depending on the interaction, we collect contact and business details; project address, ZIP code, plans, dimensions, configuration choices, communications and order records; payment and transaction information (payment-card data may be handled by a payment processor rather than stored by us); and technical data such as IP address, device identifiers, browser information, site activity and cookies when enabled. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through quotation forms.

Do not upload government identification, payment card details, passwords, medical records or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through an approved secure channel. We may remove unnecessary submissions. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality or security.
